How much does a Queen of Sheba’s gazelle weight?

It is hard to guess what a Queen of Sheba’s gazelle weights. But we have the answer:

An adult Queen of Sheba’s gazelle (Gazella bilkis) on average weights 48.5 kg (106.92 lbs).

The Queen of Sheba’s gazelle is from the family Bovidae (genus: Gazella). When reaching adult age, they grow up to 99.9 cm (3′ 4″). Usually, Queen of Sheba’s gazelles have 1 babies per litter.

As a reference: An average human weights in at 62 kg (137 lbs) and reaches an average size of 1.65m (5′ 5″). Humans spend 280 days (40 weeks) in the womb of their mother and reach around 75 years of age.

The Queen of Sheba’s gazelle or Yemen gazelle (Gazella bilkis), is an extinct species of gazelle. It was sometimes regarded as a subspecies of the Arabian gazelle, which is no longer a valid species. It was found on the mountains and hillsides in Yemen, but none have been sighted since 1951, when five specimens were collected in mountains near Ta’izz, where it was reportedly common at the time.Surveys in the area of their former occurrence have failed to find any sign of its presence. In 1985, a photograph of gazelles was taken in a private collection, Al Wabra Wildlife Farm, in Qatar. Zoologist Colin Groves claims these could possibly be surviving Queen of Sheba’s gazelles. It is not confirmed whether these animals truly belong to this species. The cause of extinction is still uncertain.
