An adult European pine marten (Martes martes) usually gets as old as 17 years.

European pine martens are around 30 days in the womb of their mother. When born, they weight 30 grams (0.07 lbs) and measure 8.9 cm (0′ 4″). As a member of the Mustelidae family (genus: Martes), their offspring is 3 babies per pregnancy. Fully grown, they reach a bodylength of 45.7 cm (1′ 6″).
