How much does a Insular vole weight?

It is hard to guess what a Insular vole weights. But we have the answer:

An adult Insular vole (Microtus abbreviatus) on average weights 66 grams (0.15 lbs).

The Insular vole is from the family Muridae (genus: Microtus). It is usually born with about 3 grams (0.01 lbs). When reaching adult age, they grow up to 7.6 cm (0′ 3″). Usually, Insular voles have 3 babies per litter.

As a reference: An average human weights in at 62 kg (137 lbs) and reaches an average size of 1.65m (5′ 5″). Humans spend 280 days (40 weeks) in the womb of their mother and reach around 75 years of age.

The insular vole or St. Matthew Island vole (Microtus abbreviatus) is a species of rodent in the family Cricetidae. It occurs only on St. Matthew Island and the adjacent Hall Island, in Alaska. On these Bering Sea islands, insular voles live in damp lowland areas, on the lower slopes of mountains, and on rye grass-covered beaches. They are diurnal and eat plant matter. Birds and Arctic foxes (which are the only other mammals on the island) prey on the voles.
